Job Description:

2-3 years of Service Desk experience with good technical knowledge
on desktop and peripherals.

Good understanding and troubleshooting knowledge on windows desktop
and Microsoft products ( MS Office, Abode, SCSM, Visio, SCCM) browser support
on IE, Google & Fire Fox.
·
Banking application support is an added advantage like Cards
system, CRM, ERP, Right Fax,
·
Familiar with features of windows Vista,7 & 8 OS platform(Registry
changes, running Script , MBSA reading, OS, etc)
·
User management on
Blackberry 10
·
Troubleshooting
Printers, Scanners and hardware support.
·
Basics of network infrastructure and support.
·
Good written and oral Communication skills
·
Excellent customer service and quality assurance skills
·
Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
