1. Senior Developers
a. Core Java/Unix/OOPS : 5
b. C++/Corba/Unix/OOPS : 4
c. C++/unix/OOPS: 5
2. Analytics Developer
a. 5-6 Experience in Analytics.
b. Must have Machine Learning Expertise
c. Must have worked in NLP and Data Mining
d. Good programming skills c, c++- should have exposure to tools such as MatLabs, R or SAS
e. Must have worked on Adaptive Signal Processing Algorithms.
f. Must have worked on Predictive Modeling Algorithms
g. Healthcare Analytics is an added advantage.
3. Analytics Architect
a. 8-10 Experience in Analytics.
b. Architect the different algorithms required to provide an Analytical output.
c. Must have worked in various Analytical measurement areas like Utilization, Cost Containment etc.
d. Ability to interact with Clients and understand the requirements.
e. Must be able to demonstrate the Analytical output in an appropriate format.
f. Must have Machine Learning Expertise
g. Expert in NLP and Data Mining
h. Good programming skills C, C++- should have exposure to tools such as MatLabs, R or SAS
i. Must have experience in Statistical Signal Processing knowledge
j. Must have worked on Adaptive Signal Processing Algorithms.
k. Must have worked on Predictive Modeling Algorithms
l. Healthcare Analytics is an added advantage.
4. Data Architect
a. Should have good experience in the Database architecture and Design of large scale SQL Server databases (2005 to 2014 versions)
b. Should be involved in database structural requirements by analyzing client operations and applications
c. Should be able to develops database solutions by designing proposed system
d. Should have worked in large scale DB systems, EDW.
e. Should have good knowledge to define database logical and physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.
f. Should be able to Install database systems and maintain database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems
g. Should be able to provide database support by coding utilities, responding to user questions, and resolving problems.
h. Should have good knowledge on Microsoft BI tool SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Erwin data modeler tool
i. Should be able to guide the team.
5. Business Analyst
a. Healthcare Business Analyst with 5-6 years of Healthcare experience- focused more on Healthcare Solutions development and implementation in Direct to Customer segment (D2C such as Member Engagement, Patient Engagement, etc.,)
b. Prior work experience in Healthcare Membership, Consumerism related applications would be highly desired
c. Must have worked on Healthcare EDI implementations.
d. Must have the ability to write business rules as well as validate EDI gateways.
e. Ability to interface with the Client to capture, clarify the requirements.
f. Ability to understand, comprehend, capture and deliver the Business Requirements to the Development and Testing teams.
g. Must have Database experience to verify the results (data analysis).
h. Should have exposure to EDI gateway tools like Mirth, Biztalk etc.
i. Must have strong Analytical Skills
j. Excellent Communication Skills
