Requirement:
* The Recruiter should have experience in Recruiting IT professionals for Various Domains.
* Must have experience in VMS/ MSP / Direct client based US Recruiting.
* Should have End to End Recruiting Skills. Which encompasses Sourcing till getting NDA in place.
* Must be proactive in Creating database for W2 based candidates for the respective domain.
* Should have traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client need.
* Should have good understanding of both domain based and technology based recruiting.
