DataCenter Operations Engineer_Bangalore

Job Descriptions:

·         Monitoring of all the incidents generated from various Enterprise Monitoring systems of the Bank.
·         Reviewing various Dashboard & alerts generated various systems, Databases, applications etc..
·         Escalation & recording of all the incidents in the service ticket management.
·         Tracking of all incidents till closure of incidents.
·         Liaise with infrastructure and application support teams.
·         Follow the activities defined in the standard operating procedures.
·         Follow the incident management process.
·         Submit daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to management.

Technical Skills:

·         2-3 years   experience on enterprise monitoring tool.
·         Good knowledge on service ticket management systems.
·         Knowledge of ITIL processes – Incident Management process
·         Basic Knowledge on windows, Unix and databases
·         Knowledge about Basic banking applications.

Soft Skills:
-ITIL Foundation
-Good oral / written communication skills.
-Ability to handle multiple operations parallel.



Note :

EOG – Eye on glass is the name kept by the customer. This role will be a monitoring role with excellent communication skills and monitoring experience.
