Descriptions:

Monitoring of all the incidents generated from various Enterprise
Monitoring systems of the Bank.
·
Reviewing various Dashboard & alerts generated various systems,
Databases, applications etc..
·
Escalation & recording of all the incidents in the service ticket
management.
·
Tracking of all incidents till closure of incidents.
·
Liaise with infrastructure and application support teams.
·
Follow the activities defined in the standard operating procedures.
·
Follow the incident management process.
·
Submit daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to management.
