Here is the JD for your reference for our Mobility Head position in Mumbai location.

 The following is the wish list: 

12+ years of  IT experience in architecting/ designing complex Enterprise IT solutions.

·         3+ years of experience in architecture and design of enterprise Mobile apps

·         Ability to architect and design innovative mobile apps, enterprise mobile apps, and mobile friendly Web sites

·         Experienced with Mobile middleware architectures and Mobile Application Development Platforms

·         Strong understanding of Mobile Security concepts.

·         Strong technical understanding of mobile web and mobile app development across various operating systems and software platforms.

·         Innovative and passionate about new mobile technologies and understanding of the mobile landscape.

·         Creating native, web and hybrid enterprise mobile applications for various mobile platforms (Windows8,iOS/Android/Blackberry and MEAP)

·         Experience with SOA and various integration / design patterns

·         3+ years of experience in architecting mobile applications involving various mobile/ Social/ Cloud/ Collaboration & other technologies;

·         Familiar with Mobile Web technologies:  HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, Sencha Touch, JQuery Mobile etc.

·         Strong understanding of the mobility technology market, players, their offerings and trade-offs

·         Experience in front end web services Integration (e.g.: Social Media) and Web development. 

·         Act as the lead interface with the client around Mobile, social, collaboration technology related projects/ pursuits, while working with a wider Quinnox team.

·         Experience with EA frameworks/ Governance.

·         Ability to work with various solution architecture teams/ architects and provide guidance to them.

·         Experience in multiple functional technical domains. 

·         Experience with Technology Consulting, Pre-sales, Project Management, Technology strategy development/ implementation.

·         Ability to work with cross functional teams, experience in providing technology support.

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

·         Strong analytical and conceptual skills that have been demonstrated in providing solutions to clients during earlier experience.

·         Consulting with client and prospect teams as needed to establish direction with solution features/architecture and to evaluate impact on overall solution design/costs of new features.

·         Ability to help making key architecture and technology decisions related various technologies.

·         Craft Enterprise technology strategy and develop Implementation roadmap for the clients.

·         Ability to provide key input in Technology stack evaluation and recommend Technology choices.

·         Conceptualize Proof of Concept/ Proof of Technology.

·         Develop best practices, guidelines and create reusable frameworks in the space.

·         Relentlessly demonstrate Technology and Thought Leadership.

·         Energetically engage in Pre-sales and Post-sales Technology Consulting scenarios.

·         Actively contribute to innovation ideation through publication of points of view, whitepapers  

·         Strong hands-on experiences in Java, Objective C , C++/ C# MS and other OO programming languages

·         Relational database management systems and SQL programming

·         Object Relational Mapping technologies 

·         Experience with J2EE and/or .NET platforms.
