Overview
Team is responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the software configuration and release infrastructure for distributed applications. The infrastructure includes production, development and qa environments for RTC, Nexus, Teamcity, Buildforge, Sonar, Subversion, Clearcase, Clearquest, MKS Source, MKS Integrity. The infrastructure also provides internal monitoring, alerting and reporting information to maintain the standard of service that our customers expect.
Main Responsibilities
To maintaining the Linux, UNIX environments and infrastructure to support ALM tools.
Provide support to development community through service desk operations and infrastructure support of all applications.
Provide training and guidance to end users
Handle change requests and follow HSBC standard guidelines of change management procedure
Write automation scripts and reusable artifacts to help HSBC is process enhancements and achieving efficiency
Adherence to the organization strategic plans and policies
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Programming Languages: Shell, perl, java scripting
Specialist in MKS, ClearCase, RTC, BuildForge, Maven, Subversion
