Experience: 2 Year to 6 Years
* Consistent academic performance track record.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken required
* Interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to influence and bring in a positive change to a situation.
* Willingness to learn and work on weekends if required.
* Good stability is mandatory
* Efficient Knowledge level on MS Office.
Education - 15 Yrs of Regular Education is Mandatory (Any Graduate/ Post Graduate).
JD for the same:
The recruited person would a part of the Recruitment team and will be primarily responsible in recruitment across skills and domains.
* The job location will be Bangalore
* The candidate will cater to daily IT requirements.
* Depending upon the requirement and specific parameters, the candidates will search for relevant profiles on various job-boards and networking sites.
* Scrutiny of each profile searched, and filter down relevant profiles matching the requirement.
* Upload the relevant profiles on the database.
Communicate with the business and clients on a regular basis
* Role: Contractual/ Permanent

*Should have no gaps in Education/Career with strong Academic background.
