Job Description:

• Overall  5+years IT experience. 3+ years of experience in Business Process management including BPM Processes/Technology, Business Activity Monitoring, Business Rules and development of services using SOAP, REST and JMS.
• Knowledge of IBM BPM technologies- IBM 7.5/8.x Business Process Management Suite.
• Several year experience in application program development.
• Capture, define, analyze, document and implement existing business processes into process models in IBM Blueprint and IBM BPM 7.5/8.xCreate data models, create guided end-user interactions, create services, and integrate with other services using Web Service, JMS and databases.
• Experience in XML and XSLT and JAVA/J2EE.2+ years. experience in Design, development, and management of complex process interactivity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a highly matrix environment.
• Experience in developing KPIs, SLAs, and scoreboards.
• Excellent leadership and motivational qualities.
