Candidate requirements:

Technical lead experience on Microsoft .Net technologies, must have managed a
team of 5 or more.
·
Must have development experience of at least 5+yrs in Microsoft .net
technologies not production support or maintenance.
·
Hands on experience in C#, ASP.Net MVC 3 or 4, .Net framework 3.5/4.0, Linq,
Entity Framework, WCF, SQL server 2008 or above.
·
Must have’s (Skill rating 7.5 or above out of 10) –
o MVC:
Implemented more than one application, min experience not less than 1yr.
o WCF:
Experience in design & configuration (not just coding) of services,
implemented transactions and security modes. min experience not less than 1yr.
o
JQuery: Implemented rich user interactive web pages.
o Linq
and Entity Framework
o
Advanced PL/SQL: Experience in design and development, Min exp of 4 yrs.
o
Experience in using third party controls such as Telerik, Infragistics,
DevExpress, etc.
·
Good to have –
o
Experience in integrating .Net with SharePoint
o
Experience in architectural & design patterns
o
Microsoft certifications
o
Onsite/offshore co-ordination experience
