Qualification: BE/Btech or Higher

Location: Singapore

Accommodation and Air Tickets should be borne by selected candidate.

Type of employment: Direct Contract for 1 yrs.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

·         Project Management

• Lead a smaller team of software test engineers; to manage (perform monitoring and control duty for specific project assigned) and perform all testing activities including scheduling and reporting.
• Verification & Validation
• Analyse business and system requirements and develop various test specifications which includes Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing and Compliance Testing.
• Perform peer review.
• Design, execute and maintain both manual and automated scripts.
• Perform defects management and test management for assigned projects.
• Perform the collection, collation, analysis of statistics related to testing, compile and share lessons learned.
• Testing Domain Expertise
• Continuously innovate and improve quality of test processes.
• Championing assigned testing tools.
• Write and Update documents or knowledge based and impart knowledge.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Minimum Years/Type of Experience

(Indicate the nature and extent of work experience including the number of years required)

·         Minimum 7 years' experience in software development (including hands-on programming) with at least 3 years in Software Testing and be able to work well independently and in a team.

·         Good knowledge and hands-on experience in commonly used tools such as QuickTest Professional (QTP), Quality Centre (QC), LoadRunner (LR), WebInspect.

·         Ability to work independently and possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills (spoken and written), enjoy working with people and helping project team to resolve problems and able to manage conflicts and priorities. 

·         A team player with positive attitudes to learn, share and ability to stay focused when challenges arise.

Strong sense of responsibility and urgency; resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
