Below is the JD for the Oracle DBA L2.

*Minimum 4-6 years of experience

* Installation, maintenance and upgrades of Oracle database

*Hands on experience of Oracle 10g Database Administration on Unix and Windows distributed Platform is must.

* Hands on experience in implementing Dataguard

* FTP scripting, Job Scheduling, Crontab Scheduling

* Performance tuning of Oracle Servers and generating Stats pack Report, AWR, ADDM, managing tablespace etc.

* Should have experience taking backups of large databases and restoring them

* Should have good communication skills and problem solving attitude

For L2

·         RMAN/ RAC/Data guard (in depth)

·         Refresh/Cloning Database as per requirement

·         Performance tuning (in depth)

·         Installation and patching of databases

·         Worked over Solaris/Linux operations systems

·         Oracle Internals and different architectures

·         Good knowledge of their existing setup and applications
