Experience: 5 - 10 years

Primary Skills: Java/J2ee, JSF, Hibernate

Application Server: Jboss/Weblogic

Qualification: BE/Btech or Higher

Brief Job Description:

Candidate would involve in Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Supervise task assignment for the team and review project deliverables.

Experience Required in Job:

Should have minimum of 5-7 years of hands on experience in the technologies mentioned below and should have worked on at least 3 full medium (>9 months) or large (>1.5 years) scale SDLC projects  and with leading experience.

Skills Set Required in Job:

Mandatory (Technical):

1. Strong on Java Language such as Exception handling, Collection framework, Design pattern, OOPS implementation.
2. Good on Database Design and Normalization in Oracle, SQL/PL-SQL
3. Well versed in J2EE, JSP, JSF (2.0 good to have), ORM (Hibernate/JPA/Other), Spring framework, Ajax, JavaScript
4. Tools/Software – Eclipse IDE/Similar, SVN/Similar, Ant/Similar, J2EE Application Server (Weblogic/JBoss/etc), UML

Non-Technical:

5. Ability to lead 3 to 4 team member, Analyze requirements, Design, Coding and Test system change requests/enhancements.
6. Willing to support on Middle East time zones (if needed).
7. Ability to effectively communicate with the clients and internal teams (Offshore/Onshore/Customer).
8. Willing to Travel overseas for short duration if needed.

9. Portal based Framework like eXo/Liferay/any other, JSF 2.0, WebService
10. BPM/Integration Framework like jBPM/Activiti/any other, WebService, JMS etc
